Artichoke Chicken from Kim

1 can (14 oz) water-packed artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
3/4 C grated parmesan cheese
3/4 C mayonnaise (regular--not low fat or fat -free)
Dash garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

In a bowl, combine the artichokes, cheese, mayo and garlic powder. Place chicken in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish. Spread with artichoke mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30-35 min or until chicken juices run clear.

I make it with marinated artichoke hearts, feta cheese (either plain or garlic seasoned), low-fat mayo, and no garlic powder.
