Ingredients:
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Cerery Soup
1 package onion soup mix
1.5-2 pounds beef stew meat
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg egg noodles
Mix soups and stew meat together in crockpot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for4 hours. About 20 mins before serving, add sour cream and stir. Serve over warm, cooked egg noodles.
This was really good with homemade rolls. Yum!
