1 cup heavy cream
1 lb beef tips
1 cup sour cream
2 can beef broth
½ tbsp garlic
1 tbsp paprika
salt & pepper to taste
Egg Noodles (cooked)
Cooked beef until well done. Add beef broth and simmer. Add garlic, sour cream, salt, cream, pepper, and paprika. Reduce consistency to gravy thickness, slowly.
Serve over warm egg noodles.
