Mika's Taco Chicken with Corn Salsa

1 envelope taco seasoning

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 can corn with red/green pepper

1 avocado, peeled and chopped

2 tbsp red onion

2 tbsp cilantro

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey

Reserve 2 tsp taco seasoning. Coat chicken with taco mix. Heat oil to medium heat in skillet. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes, reduce heat to medium-low heat. Cook 8 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients to reserve taco mix. This makes the salsa. Spoon over chicken on plate.
