Vanilla Teething Biscuits

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Combine the eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour in a large bowl. Mix well. Form into a ball and place on a floured surface. Roll out to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters or into "sticks" that are easy for Baby to hold. Use a donut cutter (0r a glass and salt shaker) to make a round cookie. (Beebo's fave!!!!)

Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and allow to sit at least 10 hours.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 17 to 20 minutes.
