French's Crunchy Onion Chicken (I'm sure most of you have seen the commercial on TV) from Lisa

(makes 4 servings)
*2 C (4oz) French's Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions (the kind you make green bean casserole with)
*2 Tbs Flour
*4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
*1 Egg, beaten

Pre-heat oven to 400*
Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.
Dip Chicken in egg. Coat in onion crumbs. Press firmly to adhere
Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center

The chicken comes out incredibly moist. I forgot to pound out the chicken (doesn't say to, but usually cooks faster if you do) and they were done in 20 mins.
