*Overnight Refrigeration Required*
Comfort breakfast at it's best!!!
1/2 C vegtable oil
3/4 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 TB baking powder
3 C oats
1/2 C raisins
2 TB brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Beat oil and sugar.
2. Mix in eggs, milk, salt, baking powder, and oatmeal. Beat well.
3. Stir in raisins.
4. Pour into greased pie pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon (I usually use more than the recipe requires).
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake at 350 until firm, about 30 minutes.
