Bex's Lemon Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

1 package chicken drumsticks (you can use thighs, too!)
1/3 C lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip drumsticks in mixture, then lay in a 9x13 pan. Baste chicken with remaining juice to make sure they are well coated. Bake at 375 until chicken is done, usually 30 mins or so. Baste occasionally with pan drippings!
