White Chicken Chili

Katy's White Chicken Chili

I adapted this recipe to suit a home kitchen from a restaurant recipe. I make my own stock and chopped chicken so those quantities are approximate. You can buy the stock or just use bullion cubes if you want. :)

2 cups cooked chicken chopped
1-15.5 oz. can Great Northern Beans
1-4 oz. can Green Chiles
1-16 oz. jar Salsa Verde
2 cups of chicken stock

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and simmer for about an hour. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream or shredded cheese.
