Ingredients:
16oz baby carrots
2 tbs butter
1/3 C brown sugar, packed
1 C water
In a medium saucepan combine carrots, butter, brown sugar, and water. Stir to blend ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and continue boiling (uncovered) for ~20-25 minutes, or until carrots are tender and liquid has evaporated.
