Ashley's Fiesta Chicken

4 medium chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1 can whole corn (drained)
1 can back beans (drained and rinsed)
1- 8oz jar of salsa (any will do)Sour creamTortilla chips

Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350*
2- Place chicken evenly across the center of a large glass baking dish.
3- In a large bowl, mix the corn, beans and salsa together.
4- Pour mixture over the chicken to cover evenly.
5- Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
6-Top with sour cream & serve with chips. (We like to cut up the chicken once it’s done and mix all together with the sour cream and eat it with the chips like nachos).

Very healthy & oh so yummy!
