Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos from Nicole

Fresh Jalapenos (17 per package of bacon)
Cream Cheese (20 oz per package of bacon)
and Bacon (thin, regular sliced, NOT thick)
Three ingredients! This is simple stuff.
Slice jalapenos in half, lengthwise & scoop out seeds & spines.
Cut bacon into thirds.
Spread softened cream cheese into jalapeno halves.
Wrap bacon snugly around jalapeno & secure with toothpick.
Place them on a pan with a rack (so bacon grease can escape) and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
If, after 20 minutes the bacon isn't brown enough, turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes.
