Italian Beef from Mika

Small Beef Roast
1 pkg Italian dressing mix
1 jar pepperocini rings
Garlic and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a crockpot. Turn on medium for 6 hours on low all day. Shred with a fork and serve on buns.
