Mika's Cowboy Caviar

1 can black beans

½ cup chopped green olives

½ cup finely chopped onion

3 cloves garlic, chopped

3 tbsp lime juice

½ tsp salt

½ tsp red pepper flakes

2 tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp black pepper

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup diced red pepper

¼ cup chopped green onion

Mix beans, olives, onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, red pepper flakes, cumin, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Spread cream cheese on plate. Spoon bean mix evenly over cream cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion.

Serve with tortilla chips.
