½ c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs (one packet out of the box)
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
Line 13X9 pan w/foil
Crush graham crackers in food processor. Melt butter in microwave. Add to graham cracker crumbs. Stir in sugar and peanut butter, mix well. Spread into prepared pan. Melt chocolate in the microwave for 1- 1 ½ min, stiring after 1 min. Cool slightly then pour over peanut butter mixture in pan. Score lightly in squares. Refrigerate for 1 hr or until set. Store leftovers (IF THERE ARE ANY!) in the fridge.
