Easy Oreo Truffles – so easy and SUPER rich from Sunshine

1 pkg Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, divided

1 pkg (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened

12 oz. Semisweet chocolate OR white chocolate chips, melted

In food processor, crush 9 of the oreos, set aside. Crush the remaining oreos in food processor. Add the cream cheese and mix well. Roll cookie mixture into balls. Dip cookie balls in melted chocolate. Set on wax paper lined cookie sheet, sprinkle w/ oreo crumble garnish and refrigerate. Store covered in refrigerator.
