You'll need a pitcher to store this in. Make a batch and you'll have Magic Coffee for a week or so to serve over ice.
Brew 1 pot coffee (this will work for regular OR decaf)
Put into pitcher (let it cool a bit first)
Add approx 3 T Cassia cinnamon (or regular cinnamon if you can't find Cassia)
Add 1-2 cups brown sugar (depends on your taste, you can always add a bit later if it's not sweet enough)
Stir to dissolve
Add Half & Half until it turns the color of a latte or a bit lighter.
Add 10 oz espresso (if you don't have an espresso machine, you can ask for this at a café)
Chill completely, stir often.
Serve over ice.
