Nicole's Drunken Pot Roast

 

1 3-4 pound roast

¼ cup whiskey

1 can beer

2 cans French onion soup


Braise roast in a frying pan, on all sides. Remove from pan and slice across the grain, into 1-2 inch slices. Place all ingredients into slow cooker and cook 8 hours or so, until meat falls apart. Serve on crusty rolls.
