1 10 oz pkg refrigerated pizza dough
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 t. dried basil leaves
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 t. minced garlic
4 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 375. Roll out pizza crust and sprinkle crust with 1 c. of mozzarella. In bowl, combine parmesan, basil, mayo, garlic and remaining mozzarella. Mix well. Arrange sliced tomatoes over the crust and cheese, then spread the cheese mixture evenly over the tomatoes. Bake 15-20 min until top is golden and bubbly.
