Creamy Vegetable Dip from Nat

1 8oz. tub cream cheese
1 cup chopped cucumbers (peeled & seeded)
½ cup grated carrots
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. dill weed
½ tsp. lemon juice

Mix ingredients until well blended & refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or crudités.
