Spaghetti and Meatballs from Nat

Meatballs:3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground red pepper (exclude if you don't want it to be spicy or have a kick)
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp parsley
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup fine bread crumbs
3 eggs
Mix ingredients. Shape into balls.

Sauce:
32 oz. can tomato sauce
32 oz. can tomato paste (or as close as you can get to that amount w/ the smaller size cans)
32 oz. can tomato puree
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp dried chopped onion
½ tsp ground red pepper (exclude if you don't want it to be spicy or have a kick)
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
3, 32 oz. cans of water
*add sliced pepperoni if desired (handful)
Mix ingredients & bring to a boil. Once the sauce starts to bubble, add the uncooked meatballs & cook for 1 ½ hours, stirring occasionally.
