3 cups macaroni
1 ½ lbs. ground beef/chicken/turkey (your choice)
¼- ½ onion, chopped
½-1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp garlic powder1 ½ Tbsp chili powder1
½ Tbsp paprika
1 can of diced tomatoes (14 oz.)
Colby cheese
Salt to taste
Cook macaroni until almost tender. Brown ground meat, add onion, green pepper, garlic powder, paprika & salt. Simmer. In a casserole dish, add cooked pasta, tomatoes, & meat mixture. Cover top with cheese (I put some throughout as well if I have chunks). Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
